What personal data we may collect

When using the website or placing an order, BuketLand may receive information that the user provides directly.

Gift recipient information

In many cases, the customer and the recipient are different people. For example, a customer may order flowers as a surprise for someone else.

To fulfil such an order, BuketLand receives the minimum information about the recipient that is necessary to arrange delivery.

We do not disclose the order price, payment information or other customer information to the recipient unless this is necessary to fulfil the order, has been expressly agreed with the customer or is required by law.

If an order is placed anonymously, BuketLand does not disclose the customer’s identity to the recipient.

Payments and bank card information

Online bank card payments are processed through WayForPay.

BuketLand does not ask customers to provide managers with their PIN, CVV/CVC code or one-time banking passwords.

Information required directly for a card payment is entered by the user on the secure payment service page and processed by the relevant payment service provider.

Who personal data may be shared with

BuketLand does not sell personal data belonging to customers or recipients.

However, certain information may be shared with third parties where this is necessary to fulfil an order or operate the service.

• local flower shops and teams engaged by BuketLand to fulfil orders in other cities in Ukraine;

Orders in other cities in Ukraine

To fulfil deliveries in other cities, BuketLand may engage verified local flower shops and teams.

In such cases, they receive the information necessary to prepare and deliver the specific order, including order details, the recipient’s name and contact information, delivery address and time, and any agreed delivery instructions.

BuketLand remains the customer’s main point of contact and continues to coordinate the fulfilment of the order.

Cookies and technical data

The website may use cookies and other technical tools necessary for its functions to operate correctly.

Such data may be used for purposes including:

• saving user preferences;
• operating the shopping cart and user account;
• maintaining website security;
• remembering the selected language, currency or city;
