BuketLand delivery terms

BuketLand delivers flowers and gifts throughout Kyiv, the Kyiv region and other cities across Ukraine. Orders for Kyiv and the surrounding suburbs are prepared at our own flower shop, while in other cities we work with local partner flower shops.

Orders can be placed on our website 24/7. Our managers confirm and manage orders daily from 09:00 to 20:00.

Key delivery information

• delivery operates from 05:00 to 24:00, subject to curfew restrictions;
• same-day delivery in Kyiv is available from 1 hour after the order is confirmed;
• delivery in Kyiv and all regional capitals is free from 09:00 to 20:30;
• early-morning, late-evening and specific-time delivery are charged separately;
• we send the customer a photo of the finished bouquet before dispatch;
• surprise, anonymous and delivery without a previously known address can be arranged;
• across Ukraine, BuketLand organizes delivery through verified local flower shops and remains responsible for coordinating the order.

When we accept and deliver orders

Orders can be placed through the website 24/7.

Our managers confirm orders and respond by phone, messenger and online chat daily from 09:00 to 20:00. Orders placed after 20:00 are processed from the beginning of the next working day.

A florist is available 24/7 at our central BuketLand flower shop in Kyiv, which allows us to prepare early-morning and urgent orders once they have been confirmed.

Deliveries operate from 05:00 to 24:00. No deliveries are made during the curfew period from 24:00 to 05:00.

Early-morning deliveries should be arranged by 20:00 on the previous day.

Same-day flower delivery in Kyiv

A bouquet can be ordered for delivery on the same day. The minimum estimated fulfilment time in Kyiv is from 1 hour after confirmation by a manager.

The actual delivery time depends on:

• the contents and complexity of the arrangement;
• availability of the required flowers;
• the delivery address;
• florist and courier workload;
• traffic and security conditions.

If you need a bouquet urgently, tell the manager the address and your preferred delivery time, and they will immediately check whether the delivery can be arranged.

Kyiv delivery rates and time slots

Couriers can begin their routes after the curfew ends at 05:00. For this reason, the earliest standard delivery time starts at 05:30. The final delivery slot ends at 23:30 so that the courier has enough time to complete the route before the curfew begins.

For remote addresses or complex routes, the delivery fee may be calculated individually.

Early-morning and late-evening delivery

Early-morning delivery from 05:30 to 09:00 and late-evening delivery from 20:30 to 23:30 are charged according to the rates listed above.

Deliveries before 09:00 should preferably be arranged with a manager by 20:00 on the previous day. Delivery during the latest time slot, 22:30–23:30, is available after prior confirmation and full payment of the order.

Delivery at a specific time

If you need the bouquet delivered as close as possible to a specific time, please tell the manager.

Specific-time delivery is available by prior arrangement and costs an additional UAH 200 on top of the selected delivery slot fee.

Traffic conditions, road closures, air-raid alerts and other circumstances that cannot be predicted in advance may affect the exact delivery time.

Delivery in the Kyiv region

The cost of delivery within the Kyiv region depends on the town or settlement, delivery address and requested delivery time.

To see the current conditions, select the relevant city or settlement using the location switcher on the website. Once selected, the delivery fee is displayed directly on the product page.

For some addresses, remote settlements or non-standard routes, the delivery fee may be calculated individually. In this case, the manager will confirm the price before the order is approved.

If your location is not listed, contact our manager and we will check whether delivery is available and confirm the conditions.

Flower delivery across Ukraine

BuketLand organizes flower delivery across Ukraine through verified local flower shops. Our own BuketLand flower shop is located in Kyiv and prepares orders for Kyiv and the surrounding suburbs. In other cities, we work with partners that offer a good selection and consistently reliable service.

We take responsibility for coordinating and fulfilling the order:

• we pass on the agreed requirements;
• check the finished arrangement;
• send a photo before dispatch;
• agree on any significant changes;
• coordinate the delivery through to the final handover.

Delivery is free in many major cities. For some settlements and remote addresses, the delivery fee may be calculated individually. If the required city is not listed on the website, our manager will check whether delivery is available and confirm the conditions before payment.

Flower delivery outside Ukraine

BuketLand also arranges flower delivery in selected cities outside Ukraine.

Orders are placed and coordinated through BuketLand. We pass on the agreed requirements for the arrangement, oversee fulfilment, send a photo of the completed order before dispatch, coordinate any significant changes and follow the delivery through to handover.

Delivery availability, selection, timing and cost depend on the city. You can check the current conditions by selecting the relevant city on the website or contacting a BuketLand manager.

Ordering from abroad

You can order a bouquet from abroad for someone in Ukraine. To place an order, simply provide the recipient’s city, address or phone number, preferred date and time, greeting-card message and any delivery instructions.

We send the customer a photo of the finished bouquet before dispatch. Available international payment methods are listed on our Payment page.

Special delivery options

Surprise delivery

If the recipient should not know about the gift in advance, mention this when placing the order. If necessary, the manager or courier can discreetly check whether the recipient is available without revealing what is being delivered.

If you do not know the exact address

If you have the recipient’s name and phone number, our manager can contact them to confirm the address and a convenient delivery time.

In this situation, it may not always be possible to keep the delivery completely secret, so if possible, provide an alternative contact such as a relative, friend or colleague.

Anonymous delivery

At the customer’s request, we do not disclose the sender’s name to the recipient. If a greeting card is included, it will contain only the message provided when the order was placed.

Photo with the recipient

Where possible, the courier can take a photo during the handover if the recipient does not object. Photos are always taken only with the person’s consent.

Delivery to residential complexes, offices, hospitals, hotels or restaurants

For these types of addresses, please provide:

• the name of the property, institution or residential complex;
• building, section, entrance, floor, office, ward or room number;
• entry code;
• access or vehicle-entry instructions;
• whether a visitor pass is required;
• contact details for reception, security, an administrator or another person on site;
• whether the courier may call the recipient.

If the courier is not allowed inside, the order may be handed to reception, security, a concierge or another authorized person by prior agreement.

If the recipient is not available

The courier will contact the recipient or the customer and try to agree on an alternative way to complete the delivery.

The maximum waiting time at the address is up to 20 minutes.

By agreement, the bouquet may be left with a concierge, security guard, administrator, neighbour or another person at the location.

If the order cannot be handed over, it will be returned and a repeat delivery can then be arranged.

The repeat delivery fee is UAH 200.

Delays and safety restrictions

We plan routes according to the agreed delivery slots, but delivery times may be affected by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, air-raid alerts, shelling, security-service restrictions and other circumstances beyond the courier’s control.

During an air-raid alert, the courier may stop travelling or change the route depending on the security situation.

If we identify a risk of a significant delay, the manager or courier will inform the customer or recipient.

Pickup

A completed order can be collected from BuketLand’s central flower shop:

40H Hlybochytska Street, Kyiv, Ukraine.

Pickup is available from 05:00 to 24:00, provided the order has been placed in advance and confirmed by a manager during working hours from 09:00 to 20:00.
