About BuketLand
BuketLand is a Ukrainian flower and gift delivery service established in 2013. In Kyiv, we have our own flower shop and a team that takes orders, creates floral arrangements and organizes delivery. In other cities, orders are fulfilled by local partner flower shops.

Every bouquet we create is a way to say “I’m here for you,” even when hundreds or thousands of kilometres separate you. We help people stay connected, preserve warmth in their relationships and share important moments wherever they may be.
How BuketLand started
- 2013 — our first flower shop opened;
- 2015 — flower delivery launched in Kyiv;
- 2019 — delivery expanded to other cities across Ukraine;
- 2021 — the BuketLand trademark was officially registered;
- 2023 — our central flower shop opened on Hlybochytska Street.
Over the years, BuketLand has grown from a small flower shop into a modern service capable of handling orders of any size and level of complexity. Today, we do more than create bouquets — we can help arrange a complete celebration with flowers, balloons, soft toys, sweets, gift sets and custom floral arrangements. There is no word “no” in our team’s vocabulary: we always look for a solution to make even unusual customer requests possible.
Founder and brand owner
BuketLand was founded by Andrii Rubtsov, the owner of the registered BuketLand trademark.
The BuketLand trademark is officially registered in Ukraine under Trademark Certificate No. 307379.
The story of BuketLand is one of continuous development. Andrii began this journey without extensive knowledge of floristry, but with a strong desire to build a service people could trust. Years of daily work, learning and attention to detail helped turn a small flower shop into a modern company with its own quality standards. Today, he is actively involved in developing BuketLand, introducing new standards, improving the customer experience, training the team and building a company culture centred on genuine care for every customer.

Our flower shop in Kyiv
BuketLand’s central flower shop is located at:
40H Hlybochytska Street, Kyiv, Ukraine.
A florist is available at the shop 24/7. Our managers confirm and manage orders daily from 09:00 to 20:00, while deliveries operate from 05:00 to 24:00, subject to the current curfew restrictions.
This is where bouquets and floral arrangements are created, orders are prepared for delivery and checked before being handed over to the courier.
Order pickup is available from 05:00 to 24:00, provided the order has been placed in advance and confirmed by a manager during working hours from 09:00 to 20:00.

The BuketLand team
The BuketLand team includes florists, customer service managers, couriers and other specialists who work together to fulfil and manage every order.
Florists
BuketLand florists work with fresh flower deliveries, create floral arrangements, check their appearance and freshness, and prepare orders for delivery.
Some members of our team have been with us since the early years of the shop and know our standards for bouquet preparation and delivery very well.
Our florists work in shifts, which means a florist is available at the central BuketLand shop in Kyiv 24/7. This allows us to prepare early-morning and urgent orders while allowing enough time to create each arrangement properly.
Customer service managers
Our managers help customers choose a bouquet, confirm the delivery address and time, arrange the message for the greeting card, discuss preferences for the arrangement and agree on how the order should be presented to the recipient.
They coordinate delivery, pass important instructions to the courier, arrange surprise deliveries and support the order until it is completed. For customers ordering from abroad, our managers can also help choose an available payment method.
Managers are available daily from 09:00 to 20:00. Orders can be placed on the website 24/7; requests submitted outside working hours are processed from the beginning of the next working day.
Couriers
Couriers are responsible for the final stage of the order — carefully delivering flowers and gifts to the recipient.
Before leaving for a delivery, the courier receives the address, contact details and any agreed instructions. This may include a surprise delivery, delivery to an office, residential complex, hospital or restaurant, or handing the order to reception or security when agreed in advance.
If anything needs to be clarified during delivery, the courier coordinates the next steps with a BuketLand manager.
Quality control
Quality control is a shared responsibility of our florists and customer service managers. Before dispatch, the head florist checks the finished arrangement, and the manager sends a photo of it to the customer.
If there are any concerns about the quality of an order or its delivery after it has been received, BuketLand managers handle enquiries daily from 09:00 to 20:00 by phone at +380 67 600 76 70 or by email at [email protected].
How we fulfil an order
- We confirm the details. A manager checks the city, date, address, delivery time, order contents and any special delivery instructions.
- We send the order to a florist. The arrangement is prepared according to the selected product and the customer’s confirmed preferences.
- We agree on significant changes. If an important flower needs to be substituted or noticeable details of the arrangement need to be changed, the manager discusses this with the customer.
- We check the finished arrangement. The head florist checks the arrangement, after which the customer receives a photo before dispatch.
- We arrange delivery. The courier receives the recipient’s address, contact details and any important delivery notes.
- We stay in touch. Customers can contact BuketLand directly with any questions about their order, delivery or quality.

Flower delivery across Ukraine
BuketLand has its own flower shop in Kyiv. In other cities, arrangements are prepared by local partner flower shops.
This model allows orders to be prepared closer to the recipient’s address. The BuketLand team receives the order, passes the agreed requirements to the local partner, checks the finished arrangement and coordinates the delivery.
For the customer, BuketLand remains the main point of contact. Any questions regarding the order contents, presentation, delivery or quality are handled directly by our managers.
Product availability and fulfilment times may vary by city. Before payment, a manager confirms that the order can be fulfilled and agrees on any important details with the customer.
Corporate orders
BuketLand accepts both one-time and recurring corporate orders for flowers and gifts for employees, partners and clients.
We can arrange delivery to one or multiple addresses, prepare an invoice and contract, and provide the required completion documents.
